How we use your information when you contact us and request our services.
This website is operated by Business Developers LLC, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions or rights requests, email info@businesdevelopers.com with “Privacy request” and your request reference, if available.
When you submit a service request, we collect your name, organization, email, organization type, selected service and requirements. Quantity or service scope, target date and attachments are optional. The system creates a reference, submission time and tracking status. To limit abuse, it stores a hash derived from the connection address or user identifier when available. The hosting platform may process connection logs and session data required to provide the service.
We use information to review your request, scope the service, prepare proposals, contact you, follow up and protect the form from abuse. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing messages. The website’s current functions do not use uploaded files to train an AI model.
Submitting a request is optional. The form asks for consent to use your information and attachments to process it. Required fields are needed to review and respond to the request. You may email us instead. Subsequent processing related to a contract or legal obligation may rely on another applicable basis.
Send only what is necessary and ensure you have permission to share the files and other people’s information they contain. Avoid passwords, secret keys, payment details or sensitive health or litigation data in an initial inquiry. An appropriate process for documents with special requirements can be agreed later.
Requests and files are saved in storage connected to the website’s hosting services. Administrative access and downloads are restricted to the authorized company administration account. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage infrastructure. These providers perform technical processing needed to operate the service under their settings and terms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The website does not sell request information or publish attachments to visitors.
The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and understand website usage. Google may use cookies and process technical information such as device, browser and network address. The integration does not send request form contents or passwords, and excludes account, administration and request tracking pages. Query parameters and URL fragments are excluded from the page address sent, and Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the integration.
The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags on public pages. Additional tag settings are managed through the company’s Google Tag Manager account.
Hosting and processing locations depend on provider configurations. This policy does not promise Saudi-only processing. Contact us before uploading documents subject to special residency or confidentiality requirements. Requests are retained for follow-up and reference; there is currently no automatic deletion after a fixed period. You may request destruction. Administration reviews retention needs and applicable legal or contractual obligations before fulfilling the request.
You may request information about and access to your data, a copy, correction or completion, destruction, and withdrawal of consent, as applicable under the Personal Data Protection Law. We may need information to verify your identity and locate your request without collecting more than necessary. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue the service and does not invalidate prior lawful processing.
Email the company with concerns or complaints. You may also consult SDAIA’s National Data Governance Platform for complaint channels and data subject rights. Updates will appear on this page with a revision date.
The private tracking link grants access to the request, team notes and attachment names, and allows replies and uploads. It expires after 90 days and can be revoked by the team. Keep it confidential. When email delivery is configured, the recipient address and notification content are processed by Resend to send transactional messages. An initial confirmation may contain the private tracking link. Files are not attached to these emails. Pending notifications are stored for retry and email acceptance is recorded; acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery.
After your consent, your messages and a limited recent conversation history are sent to OpenAI to generate service guidance. The assistant has no access to request records or attachments. The site keeps the conversation in page memory until refresh or reset and does not save its content in its database. OpenAI processing and retention are subject to its applicable policies; the API request uses store:false, which is not a guarantee of zero retention. A derived daily identifier and request counters are stored temporarily to limit abuse. A summary is added to the request form only when you choose to use a recommendation; it is saved with the request only after you submit that form.
We store your name, email and profile information. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Essential secure cookies maintain your session. Session IP address and browser information and request counters help protect accounts from abuse. Sign in uses your email and website password only. Administrative access is assigned by the website owner.
You can edit your profile and change your password in the account portal. Registering with a legacy email does not automatically transfer its permissions or requests. Account linking requires administrative verification. Email verification and email password recovery are not enabled yet.
