Service requests
Submitting a form or receiving a reference confirms technical receipt only. It is not contract acceptance, a service reservation or approval of a price. Scope, deliverables, timing, cost and responsibilities are defined in an approved written proposal or agreement.
Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information where possible. Do not submit harmful files or automated spam, bypass access controls, access other people’s requests or disrupt the service. Requests that violate these terms may be rejected.
Content and intellectual property
Content, designs and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Displaying work or concepts does not grant a license to copy or resell them. Some project logos and interfaces are explicitly presented as proposed concepts with illustrative data, not production screenshots or actual results. Uploaded file rights remain with their owners, with permission to use them as necessary to process the request.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep service information current. Details may change with project scope, solution availability and vendor terms. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. For contracted services, the relevant written agreement governs conflicting details, subject to mandatory rights and obligations.
